2. How does Oreck communicate its vision to franchise owners?
Oreck communicates with its franchise owners every day through the phone, email,

are always available, and the Home Office regularly schedules conference calls.

The initial investment is different for each situation, but it is approximately
$188,300 to 232,500 total estimated initial investment.
4. Does Oreck offer financing?
Oreck offers third party financing through our partner, GE Capital, to assist initial and ongoing inventory needs. Financing is not available for store build-out. Franchise owners often use other types of loan products such as SBA loans or other small business loans to get their businesses up and running.
5. Will Oreck help me find my store location?
Once you have been approved to be awarded a franchise agreement, our Franchise Development Department will offer you market analysis and assistance. We will work with you to identify locations that meet the Oreck site criteria.
6. Will I get a defined territory for my store?
Yes. As you work with our Franchise Development Department, a defined territory will be awarded as part of the franchise agreement.
7. Will Oreck help design my store layout?
Yes. Part of your budget for leasehold improvements is dedicated to store layout and design. Introduced in 2003, our new Oreck Clean Home design simulates a consumer's home, showcasing Oreck's full line of home care products and taking our stores to the next level of lifestyle retailing.

as well as Oreck’s point of sale system.
10. Are there any other fees to be paid to Oreck Franchise Services?
Franchise owners will be required to pay a Service and Support Fee of $500 per
month. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued
development of new products and procedures, marketing tools, training programs,
and systems upgrades.
Franchise owners may also be required to contribute up to 1.5% of Gross Revenues toward a system marketing fund. Funds would be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Oreck Clean Home Center brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials.

After you have reviewed this website and filled out the online form, we will let you know if your desired location is available for expansion. The last step includes finding a perfect site for your store and going through training. The entire approval process can be completed in as little as two to three months.
